1. The design of integrated sewage equipment is mainly for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage. The main treatment method is to use a more mature biochemical treatment technology-contact oxidation method, and the water quality parameters are based on the domestic general water quality standards. The processing equipment does not need to build a house, heating and heat preservation. The equipment can also be placed on the ground, which not only saves land area, but also can plant green vegetables on the ground above the equipment to beautify the environment.
2. The treatment effect of the integrated sewage treatment equipment is better than that of a fully mixed type or two-stage series fully mixed biological contact oxidation tank. It is smaller than the activated sludge tank, has strong adaptability to water quality, good impact load resistance, stable effluent quality, and will not cause sludge expansion. A new type of elastic three-dimensional filler is used in the tank, which has a large specific surface area, and microorganisms can easily hang and remove the film. Under the same organic load conditions, the removal rate of organic matter is high, which improves the solubility of oxygen in the air.
1. According to the size drawing of the equipment, pre-make the foundation base plate (requires that the size of the base plate is more than 300 mm than the bottom of the equipment, the surface level error is ± 3 mm, and the average pressure capacity is 5t / m2).
2. After the concrete foundation pouring and maintenance period expires, the equipment can be hoisted in place. Be careful not to damage the equipment during hoisting.
3. The equipment is highly integrated and does not require professional installation. After the equipment is in place, open the equipment box cover and put the lift pump and liquid level controller into the regulating tank. Introduce the main power line (three-phase four-wire) according to the electrical diagram, and adjust the level controller of the adjustment tank to the appropriate position.
4. After the equipment is installed, more than 60% of the sewage is injected into the equipment. For buried types, the earth should be backfilled, compacted and leveled immediately, and the equipment should cover 10 cm of soil. Pay attention to prevent the gas inlet from being blocked. Above-ground models should ensure that there is no water on the surrounding ground to prevent the equipment from floating.
