Ⅰ Description
Dewatering screen also named vibrating-dewatering screen(High frequency dewatering screen), which used to dewatering, remove medium and deslime in the mineral industry. Dewatering screen has two types model.One kind is horizontal, the other kind is hanging.
Dewatering screen uses double motor synchronization technology. Dewatering screen is mainly composed of the screen box, vibrator, supporting system and motor. Two not mutually connected vibrator operate with synchronous reverse direction. The two centrifugal force produced by two groups of eccentric mass overlay along the vibration direction. The two reverse centrifugal offset, and forming a single excited vibration along the direction of vibration. It makes the dewatering screen box reciprocating linear motion.
