The MBBR process combines the advantages of both traditional fluidized bed and biological contact oxidation method, and is a new and efficient sewage treatment method. Relying on the aeration in the aeration tank and the lifting effect of the water flow to make the carrier in a fluidized state, and then form suspended growth of activated sludge and attached growth of biofilm. This makes the moving bed biofilm use the entire reactor space, give full play to the advantages of both the attached phase and the suspended phase organisms, so that they can maximize their strengths and avoid weaknesses and complement each other. Different from the previous fillers, suspended fillers can come into contact with sewage frequently and many times, so they are called "moving biofilms".
(1) Strong impact resistance, stable performance and reliable operation. The impact of shock load and temperature changes on the fluidized bed process is much smaller than that on the activated sludge process. When the composition of the sewage changes or the toxicity of the sewage increases, the biofilm is strongly stressed.
(2) The mixing and aeration system is easy to operate and simple to maintain. The aeration system adopts a perforated aeration pipe system, which is not easy to be blocked. The mixer adopts banana-shaped mixing blades with soft contour lines and does not damage the filling. The entire mixing and aeration system is easy to maintain and manage.
(3) There is no blockage in the biological pool, the volume of the biological pool is fully utilized, and there is no dead corner. . Since the filler and the water flow can be mixed in the entire volume of the biological pool, the possibility of clogging of the biological pool is fundamentally eliminated, so the pool capacity is fully utilized.
(4) Long service life. The high-quality and durable biological filler, aeration system and water outlet device can ensure the long-term use of the entire system without replacement, and the depreciation rate is low.
